Shipping & export
How we pack, document and ship tents to resorts around the world.
At GargTent, we offer reliable shipping support for both domestic and international clients. Whether you are located within India or anywhere across the globe, we can help arrange transport for your tent structures through trusted logistics partners.
01
Domestic & International Shipping
- We can assist in arranging shipping to most destinations worldwide, including door-to-port and port-to-port delivery options.
- For domestic clients across India, we help coordinate transport via road freight through reputable carriers.
02
Client Responsibility & Risk
- All shipping is done at the owner's risk. While we take great care in packing and handling your order, any loss or damage during transit is beyond our control.
- We strongly advise that the client arrange adequate transit insurance to cover goods during transportation.
- Shipping timelines are approximate and may be affected by customs procedures, weather, or unforeseen delays.
03
Packing & Documentation
- All items are securely packed using industry-standard materials to ensure safe handling.
- For international orders, we provide complete documentation support including invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and certificates (where required) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
04
Delivery & Offloading
- The client is responsible for offloading the goods at the destination site.
- If any special equipment (e.g., crane, forklift) is needed for offloading, it must be arranged in advance by the client.
