350 g/m² ± 10 poly-cotton ripstop premium canvas; water-resistant to BS 3408:1992 and anti-fungal to ISO 11721-1:2001. Designed for shading and weather protection while maintaining breathability and strength.

Crosslinked Polyolefin Foam with laminated pure aluminium foil, 2-10 mm thickness, high corrosion resistance. Resistance to Fungi: ASTM G21 - Zero growth; Fire Rating: BS 476 Part 6 & 7 - Class 0; Total R Value: 2.9 m² K/W.

Trevira CS, 180 g/m² ± 10, 100% polyester, inherently flame-retardant woven fabric. Complies with BS 7837:1996, BS 5867 Part 2 Type B, CPAI 84:1995 Sec. 6 and NFPA 701:1995, while providing a refined interior finish.

Rigid CFC-free polyurethane core panels for thermal comfort and structural stability; fire performance compliant with BS 476 Part 7, Class 1.

Soft intermediate layer for a plush padded finish; foam tested to BS 5852 Part 1:1979.

Aluminium doors and windows use Encraft profiles with 6 mm toughened safety glass; DGU glass is also available. Wooden doors and windows are available as an alternative or in combination with aluminium.

For a sturdy foundation without a concrete plinth, imported thermo wooden decking with a C/Z purlin base offers a durable and weather-resistant alternative. This setup ensures stability while maintaining a premium natural aesthetic.

Solid hardwood tongue-and-groove flooring for the inside of the tent, in oak, walnut, maple, sapele or wenge, or Burma and African teak. Laid on battens, ply or directly on the slab, sanded and finished on site or pre-finished. Thermo wood decking (pine, ash, oak, eucalyptus and more) is also available for verandahs, tent platforms and pool surrounds, on a steel C-purlin frame. Supplied and laid by our own team; quoted per sq ft, samples on request.
