The Bar Tent is designed as a vibrant social hub—perfect for resort lounges, poolside sundowners, and event evenings. With its generous footprint, refined proportions, and robust build, it blends open, airy hospitality with dependable all-weather performance.
Planned for comfort and flow, the Bar Tent offers a carpet area of 40' × 30' (1,200 sq. ft.), a semi built-up area of 52' × 42' (2,184 sq. ft.), and a built-up area of 54' × 44' (2,376 sq. ft.). The projection measures 56' × 46' (2,576 sq. ft.), while the super built-up area extends to 60' × 50' (3,000 sq. ft.), giving the venue presence and circulation space for guests and service.
For guest convenience, a washroom of 9'9" × 7'9" (76 sq. ft.) is integrated into the plan, with ample room for premium fixtures and accessible circulation. The open-plan interior easily accommodates a central bar counter, high tables, lounge seating clusters, and a small back-of-house service bay if required.
Structural highlights include 8' high sidewalls, a door height of 7', and window heights of 7', ensuring abundant natural light, ventilation, and effortless movement. These proportions create a bright, welcoming atmosphere suited to lively gatherings and relaxed evenings alike.

Wooden Decking (Optional)
For a sturdy foundation without a concrete plinth, imported thermo wooden decking with a C/Z purlin base offers a durable and weather-resistant alternative. This setup ensures stability while maintaining a premium natural aesthetic.

Wooden Flooring (Optional)
Solid hardwood tongue-and-groove flooring for the inside of the tent, in oak, walnut, maple, sapele or wenge, or Burma and African teak. Laid on battens, ply or directly on the slab, sanded and finished on site or pre-finished. Thermo wood decking (pine, ash, oak, eucalyptus and more) is also available for verandahs, tent platforms and pool surrounds, on a steel C-purlin frame. Supplied and laid by our own team; quoted per sq ft, samples on request.

Furniture (Optional)
Solid teak campaign furniture made for tented villas: beds, sun loungers, chairs, tables and desks, brass-bound chests and wardrobes, and tent essentials such as washstands, luggage racks, towel and clothes rails and dressing tables. Designed and made by Garg Habitats, our sister company, by the people who build the tents.
